  1. Get to Know Yourself

The only way you will know what you need and don’t need is to truly get to know yourself, internally and externally. A great tool that I love is to write down the things that make me feel good about myself and the things that do not make me feel good about myself, that includes people, food, environments, activities, clothing etc. After this list is comprised, it is easier to determine what is self-progressive and self-destructive. Then it’s DETOX time! Life and even Relationships become easier.

Self Discovery is Beautiful

Be gentle and delicate with yourself.

  1. Be grateful

Be Grateful, Simple as that.

Be Grateful for life, family, your home, breath in your body, limbs, eyesight . The Tangibles and Intangibles.

The more Grateful you are, you will realize how blessed you are, in return Self Love Increases.

  1. You are not Perfect, Mistakes Happen

You’re not perfect, I don’t know of one person that is! Everyone experiences pain, mistakes and rejection! Embrace the experience and trust your journey! Listen, Learn, Intake, Apply.

  • Mistakes teach you how to be happy
  • Mistakes help you discover who you truly are.
  • Mistakes help you release fear and anxiety
  • Mistakes teach you valuable lessons in life
  • Mistakes teach you how to forgive and forget
  1. What are you feeding yourself?

Not oral food, but what are you feeding your mind and soul? Ask Yourself, whether your favorite TV Show, Book, Album , Social Media, Blogs that you love to Indulge in is positively stimulating your mind and soul! Feed Your Soul, It needs the nourishment.

  1. The Gift is in The Giving and not Receiving

Genuine Acts of Kindness toward others and being giving to others, opens the door to divine agape love. Agape Love is greatest and strongest foundation for all relationships that humans encounter and experience. It is definition of unwavering and unconditional love that is the result of choices, behaviors and actions rather than feelings and emotions.

When you’re being kind, considerate, compassionate, and giving your soul will rejoices. The Highest Level of Self Love is serving others.

Find ways to do acts of Kindness, whether it’s in your Community, Household, Church or place of Employment. Give Back, Love is contagious!

  1. Compliment Yourself! Encourage Yourself

Say it out loud!! Make Post it Notes!! Set Phone Reminders! I am beautiful, I love me, and I am destined for Greatness!

Look in the Mirror, Breathe and Encourage Yourself! It feels absolutely amazing? You can say it to yourself over & over, all day if you want to. Repeat it until you believe it! Keep saying it. Write It and Reread It!!

  1. Forgive – One of the Most Important

It does not matter what you have done, Who are you are, Your Past, Present and Future, , Forgive Yourself and Forgive Others. If Someone has hurt you deeply and they have not apologized, “Learn to accept an apology that was never given”. The more anger and resentment you hold on to, you relinquish your self power and lose your valuable energy.
