Bobby Teachey, II is a Project Manager in Charleston who works with Developers, Architects, Owners Representatives, and Designers to help them build world class facilities, safely, under budget, and on time, exceeding the customers’ expectations. Bobby believes the recipe for success in life is a personal mandate to solving problems, and a humble approach to diligent professionalism while creating opportunities for others. He knows that in order to impact the industry, there’s a delicate balance to bring a Clients’ vision to life, and positively impacting a sustainable community for a long lasting legacy. Inspiring the next generation of young leaders through advocacy, has always driven Bobby’s core values of integrity, selfless service and building genuine relationships.
Bobby has supported volunteer organizations to help build communities, through the National Society of Black Engineers, Habit for Humanity, ACE Mentors, Be A Mentor, Low Country Food Bank, and as a Life Time Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has constructed over 1.2 billion dollars of major commercial infrastructure, in the areas healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, data centers, museums, and interior renovations.
Bobby is a proud 2003 − 2004 Operation Iraqi Freedom War Veteran, National Defense Medal recipient, LEED Green Associate, and Joint Base Charleston Honorary Commander. His specialized training, awards and honors consist of a completion of OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, First Aid, Alpha Delta Epsilon – Civil Engineering Honor Society Award, ACE Mentor of Greater Charleston Mentor of the Year.
Bobby holds a Bachelor’s of Science & Masters in Civil Engineering and Project Management from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and Keller Graduate School of Management.
