Andrea Glover is a designer, artist and educator from Charleston, South Carolina. She is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Currently, Ms. Glover is a Graphic Design Professor, but has also worked as a full-time Graphic Designer for several years at various companies like Charleston Magazine, Gulfstream Aerospace, ABC22/Fox28 and Spartina 449 (a southern handbag company). At Spartina 449, she was the second designer hired from 2007-2012 to help build and brand a now multi-million dollar company. She designed handbags, the company’s logo along with a host of marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, signage, posters, ads). She has also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for various companies for the past 13 years.
In addition to teaching and freelancing, she has her own company called Letter Décor, where she sells custom hand-painted hand lettered canvases at the Charleston City Market. Her company has been nationally recognized and featured by Southern Lady magazine. You can also find colorful canvases are featured in the Red Piano Too Art Gallery, a historic gallery located on St. Helena island.
