Elana R. Frazier
Elána R. Frazier is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management with a concentration in Hospitality Sales & Meeting Management from Johnson & Wales University (’09). During her undergrad years, she was heavily involved in student life as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., executive board member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, executive board member for the NAACP, marketing chair for Black Student Alliance, member of the Presidents Roundtable and University Involvement Board. Currently, Elána is pursuing her Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University (‘18) and some courses at Harvard University.
Through the expansion of her career, Elána has developed a broad range of experience shaping her talent in the event, integrated marketing, brand strategy and tradeshow industries. Along with perfecting her skill set with companies like Macy’s, Inc., The National Urban League, Gilbert Displays and the Jacob K. Javits Center of New York, Elána has worked with dignitaries, White House Staff, Presidential Candidates and celebrity talent. Elána has a passion for this industry and giving back to students seeking to start in the industry. She is a member of the Alumni council of her undergrad institution where she visits campus to converse with and inspire students to discover and advance their career goals.
